Umm just to but in. I have my own programming team :p programming is pretty simple if your dedicated and learn it, i mean, all my skills i learned of the internet, from sites like [link] and tutorials :p
Then i set up a site, and started a team (www.hydros.co.nr) sorry to advertise a little :p
But we're currently non-profit, and just developing skills, but who knows, in the future we may be gaining money from it :D
PS. We're short on artists ;) xD

And on another note... HIII!!!!
